Ryan Greenawalt

Ryan GreenawaltAt two years of age, Ryan Greenawalt climbed up on a stage at a baby contest and screamed, ““Mama! I want to sing to all the people!””, and since then, he has been doing just that. The stage has been Ryan’s home all of his life. Classically trained at East Texas Baptist University, he performed for the Shreveport Grand Opera for three years before deciding to change genres and complete a degree in vocal performance in Nashville at Belmont University. Right out of college, Ryan went on his first national tour with the vocal jazz group Four Score. Two years later, he signed his first record deal with the Christian Pop trio Anthem Avenue and recorded 3 top five radio singles. Ryan has performed and recorded with artists such as Lady Antebellum, Josh Turner, Melinda Doolittle, Mandisa, Crystal Lewis, Bob Carlisle, Larnelle Harris, and many more.  He is currently performing his own music with his throw-back soul band and recording a new record with his pop country trio Rm 31. As a first-call studio musician, Ryan truly feels at home singing in any genre, and he enjoys coaching other vocalists to realize their full potential.
